We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Denton to recruit a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils to reach their full potential by:
*Delivering tailored support in line with individual learning plans
*Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
*Working closely with teachers and external professionals to monitor progress
*Adapting resources and strategies to meet individual needs
*Providing emotional and behavioural support to promote well-being and confidence
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
*Experienced in supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
*Qualified in education, childcare, or a related field (advantageous)
*A strong communicator with a proactive and flexible approach
*Patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about helping young learners succeed
