Our client, a newly established Syndicate, is looking to make their first permanent hire within risk. This role can be performed at either a Senior Analyst or Manager level dependent on the candidate.

This role is open to those who have a quant risk background. You would ideally have the FIA or CERA qualification, and you must have Lloyd’s experience. Candidates should also be excited about joining a company at the beginning of it’s growth journey and be at a stage of their career where they can take ownership of their work.

In this role you will be involved with establishing the ERM framework, internal model validation, contributing to the ORSA, reviewing outwards reinsurance programs, and supporting the development of the ESG risk framework to name a few responsibilities.

Hybrid set of up ideally 3 days in the London office.
