Salary: £85 - £105 per day
Are you a compassionate and dedicated ASD TA looking for a fulfilling role this April?
Do you have experience supporting pupils with autism and a genuine passion for making a difference as an ASD TA?
If so, this opportunity could be ideal for you. A respected school in Reading is looking to appoint a committed ASD TA to strengthen their support team. In this role, the successful ASD TA will work closely with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them engage with learning and feel confident within the classroom.
This position offers the chance to develop meaningful connections with pupils while contributing to a positive, inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide tailored support as an ASD TA to pupils with additional needs
*Assist with individual education and behaviour plans
*Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO
*Encourage engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing
