Schedule Coordinator
Hoddesdon - Office based 08:00-17:00
Salary up to £28,000
Are you highly organised, confident managing multiple tasks, and experienced in scheduling engineers or coordinating field-based teams?
Our established and growing client is looking for a Scheduler / Operations Coordinator to join their busy operations team

Responsibilities:
*Using the company scheduling systems to allocate engineer projects.
*Monitor and manage resource availability across multiple live sites
*Provide accurate availability updates to the Sales team to support quoting and tendering
*Flag clashes, shortages or operational risks to the Operations Manager
*Assist with forward planning to ensure smooth project delivery
*Ensure documentation reflects the scope of works, equipment and site conditions
*Issue documentation to clients in line with company procedures
*Book accommodation and travel for field personnel
*Order PPE and project-specific equipment as required
*Respond to client emails and phone calls.
*Liaise with clients to confirm site acess etc.
