Job Description:
Digital PR Executive
*Salary: Competitive / TBD (plus discretionary quarterly bonus based on individual performance)
*Location: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote)
*Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch)
*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a hungry, autonomous, and experienced Digital PR Executive to hit the ground running in a standalone role. You will take full ownership of our Digital PR efforts, with the exciting potential to build and eventually oversee a quickly growing Digital PR team.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Lead, strategies, and execute all Digital PR campaigns from the ground up.
*Monitor the news cycle proactively and react quickly to media opportunities (newsjacking) to secure high-quality coverage and backlinks.
*Work autonomously to hit key project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
*Align PR strategies with broader SEO goals, demonstrating a clear understanding of how Digital PR impacts search rankings and domain authority.
*Act as a client-facing representative, communicating PR strategies, campaign progress, and results clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
*Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, and industry influencers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in Digital PR with the ability to hit the ground running immediately.
*Comfortable and confident working autonomously, taking full ownership of your workload and results.
*Strong understanding of SEO principles and how Digital PR drives organic growth.
*Fast-paced thinker, willing and able to quickly respond to breaking news and media opportunities.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to manage client relationships and present results.
*Ambition to grow into a leadership role as the team expands.
