The Role
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages and transfers of equity
*New build and shared ownership transactions
*Managing files from instruction through to completion
*Liaising with estate agents, lenders, clients, and third parties
*Maintaining high client-care standards and ensuring regulatory compliance
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*1+ year PQE (flexible for strong candidates)
*Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client-care skills
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
NQ solicitors with robust conveyancing experience will be considered.
