Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support the efficient day-to-day running of warehouse operations and outbound logistics. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience coordinating stock movements and shipments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, and dispatch.
*Maintain accurate stock levels through regular checks, audits, and system updates.
*Ensure goods-in and goods-out processes are followed correctly.
*Liaise with warehouse staff to prioritise workloads and meet delivery deadlines.
*Arrange domestic and international shipments using couriers, hauliers, and freight forwarders.
*Prepare and check shipping documentation including delivery notes, packing lists, labels, and customs paperwork.
*Track shipments and manage any delivery issues, delays, or queries.
*Maintain accurate records within ERP/WMS systems.
*Coordinate returns and ensure correct documentation is completed.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics processes.
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain coordination role.
*Strong understanding of dispatch procedures, inventory management, and stock control.
*Good IT skills, including MS Office and warehouse/ERP systems.
*Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong organisational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
