The Role
You will manage and develop your own caseload (weighted to your PQE) including:
*Commercial / contract disputes (supply, services, shareholder/partnership)
*Property litigation (landlord & tenant, boundary/easements)
*Contentious probate and trust disputes
*Debt recovery & enforcement strategies
*Professional negligence
*Drafting pleadings and statements; CPR-compliant case management; disclosure
*Running ADR/mediation, settlement negotiations, and advocacy where appropriate
About You
*1+ year PQE (all levels considered; work will be tailored to your experience)
*Solid knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategy
*Clear communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues
*Organised, commercially aware, and solution-focused
*Comfortable taking ownership of files, yet collaborative within a close-knit team
