The Role
You will support the conveyancing team on a variety of residential property matters, including:
*Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Preparing contract packs and supporting documents
*Conducting searches, managing enquiries, and liaising with clients and agents
*Drafting standard letters, forms, and completion documentation
*Managing file administration and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
*Providing a friendly, responsive service to clients at all stages of the transaction
This is a hands-on position where you’ll gain exposure to the full conveyancing lifecycle.
About You
*Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Assistant (6+ months preferred)
*Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
*Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
*Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage competing tasks
