We’re recruiting for a Forklift Operative to join a well-established manufacturing site in Silloth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, structured training, and clear pay progression. You’ll be joining a supportive team within a busy, fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are a real priority.
The Role
*Hours:*8:00am – 4:30pm (Standard)
*6:00am – 6:00pm (Spring/Summer)

*Pay: £13.00ph, rising to £14.50 after training
*Contract: Temp to Perm
What you’ll be doing
As a Forklift Operative, you’ll play a key role in supporting the flow of goods across site. Your duties will include:
*Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently
*Loading and unloading deliveries
*Moving stock and materials across the site
*Supplying production lines with required materials
*Carrying out basic stock checks and recording movements
*Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
*Following all health & safety procedures

*FLT Licence
*Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience
