Job: Customer Support Executive
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Location: Denton, On-Site
Job Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities:
*Respond to complaints and queries from key account customers, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
*Make commercial decisions to resolve issues in a cost-effective manner.
*Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure customer satisfaction while aligning with business goals.
*Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
*Log all customer interactions in the CRM and maintain a business plan to drive performance.
*Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service issues.
*Manage replacement orders and bespoke reporting for key accounts.
*Oversee backorder and stock reallocation processes.
*Meet departmental KPIs and service standards.
*Regularly review performance with your manager to ensure targets are met.
*Provide support to other team members when needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
*A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service across all channels.
*Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
*Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet performance targets.
*Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
*Previous experience in a similar office-based customer service role is essential.
*Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
