Legal Personal Assistant - Property
Contract: 12m FTC
Location: London
Salary: Up to £49,000 (DOE)
Hybrid: 3/2
An established London law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to join its Property team on a fixed-term contract. The role provides high level support to fee earners, working closely with document production and business support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
*Diary and inbox management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
*File management, client onboarding and post-completion administration
*Liaising with clients, internal teams and external contacts
*Document preparation, proofreading and e-signature processes
*Land Registry tasks and search requests
*Supporting billing, credit control and expense processing
*Providing wider team support during busy periods
Skills & Experience
*Previous Legal PA experience within Property/Real Estate
*Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
*Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
*Able to prioritise, work under pressure and use initiative
