We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic IT Lecturer to join our team at the Bromley campus. This role involves teaching learners across all levels of ICT and Computing qualifications. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of BTEC and T Level qualifications, experience in ICT and Computing, and up-to-date knowledge of the industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Teach ICT and Computing courses to learners at various levels.
*Provide an excellent learning experience to ensure learners gain the appropriate skills for further study, employment, or an apprenticeship.
*Stay updated with industry developments to enhance teaching materials and methods.
*Engage with students to inspire and motivate them towards achieving their educational and career goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in teaching ICT/Computing and/or relevant industry experience.
*Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
*Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
*Excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups in an engaging way.
*Efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
