A leading organisation within the Energy sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Professional to join their team on a 6-month initial contract with the opportunity to move to permanent contract.

This role is ideally suited to a strong HR generalist who can support both office based and offshore populations in a fast paced, operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full 360 HR support across corporate, operational and offshore workforces

• Manage employee relations matters across diverse workforce groups

• Support offshore personnel, including rotations, logistics and compliance requirements

• Lead on onboarding, performance management, absence, HR advisory and employee engagement

• Partner closely with operational leaders while working autonomously

• Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Strong employee relations experience

• Previous HR experience within Energy, Drilling, ROV, Marine or other safety critical industries

• Experience supporting offshore personnel

• Broad generalist HR capability with an operational focus

• CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 (desirable)

• Confidence influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels
