Profile
A successful Head of Business Partnering (Housing) will have:
*A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA).
*Proven experience in temporary accomodation.
*Strong understanding of housing finance, HRA and related regulations.
*Excellent senior communication skills - stakeholder management.
*Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
*Leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team of four.
