Product Developer | Premium Menswear


We’re partnering with a heritage-led premium fashion brand to find a commercially driven and detail-oriented Product Developer to join their growing team.


This is a pivotal role, responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process across core categories - with a strong focus on men’s formalwear - while also supporting the expansion into new lifestyle areas.


What you’ll be doing:
*Owning the full product lifecycle from concept through to bulk production
*Partnering closely with Design to translate creative vision into commercially successful product
*Developing seasonal collections across mens shirting and formalwear, alongside new categories
*Driving sourcing strategies to improve cost efficiency and intake margins
*Building strong relationships with global suppliers and mills
*Leading fit sessions, fabric development, and technical execution
*Managing sampling and ensuring critical path deadlines are met
*Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, and Supply Chain


We’re looking for someone who:
*Has proven experience in product development within premium or luxury apparel
*Brings strong expertise in mens shirting and/or formalwear construction, fit, and fabrics
*Has a commercial mindset with a track record of driving margin improvement
*Is confident managing global sourcing and supplier relationships
*Is highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects
*Communicates with impact and collaborates effectively across teams
