Role and Responsibilities:*Execute detailed analysis and reporting of reinsurance accounts.
*Adminster Reinsurance Contracts vis XLPro
*Ensure accurate and timely financial records for reinsurance operations.
*Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies.
*Enhance financial systems by contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements.
*Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Key Skills:*Profound knowledge of reinsurance accounting principles and practices.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
*Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a knack for detail-oriented work.
