Planning Consultant
Chester

Our client, an established environmental and planning consultancy is urgently looking to appoint a Planning Consultant to join their team in Chester. The company hold an excellent reputation in the market and work on a wide variety of projects.
The successful candidate will have:
*Demonstrable planning experience
*Chartered status with the RTPI or will be working towards this
*Previous project management experience
*Extensive experience in the coordination of EIA’s
*A proven ability to write professional reports
Within the role the successful Planning Consultant will be:
*Coordinating planning applications for a range of client projects within the renewables sector including solar, wind energy storage and hydro developments
*Coordinating EIA projects
*Managing projects and sub-consultants
*Developing new business opportunities and preparing tenders
*Liaising with clients
