Contract Opportunity - Property Systems Analyst - £500pd umbrella - London/ Bristol or Manchester
A large UK bank is looking for a Property Systems Analyst to join as they implement a new property management system.
The ideal candidate:
*Experience of a Property Management system: Yardi/ Qube/ Realpage
*A genuine systems mindset/ability to learn new systems
*Managed systems, configuration, writing reports
*Experienced in repairs, maintenance, management
*Inquisitive nature, needs experience but willing to learn
*Change management/ JIRA experience
*PowerBI - would be advantageous
