*Act as the senior point of contact for TPAs and benefit vendors, overseeing data exchange and service delivery
*Manage complex benefits billing and reconciliation across vendor invoices, payroll, and general ledger
*Investigate, resolve, and make informed decisions on complex benefits discrepancies
Programme & Change Support
*Provide subject matter expertise to support the design, enhancement, and implementation of benefit programmes
*Coordinate benefit plan changes and ensure smooth delivery in partnership with vendors and internal teams
*Drive efficient, compliant, and scalable benefits processes
Employee & Stakeholder Support
*Act as a senior subject matter expert for complex employee and stakeholder benefit queries
*Support onboarding activity by ensuring accurate enrolment and clear benefits communication
Reporting, Audit & Compliance
*Ensure benefits reporting aligns with governance frameworks and legislative obligations
*Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
*Own and maintain benefits SOPs, process documentation, and guidance materials
*Contribute to benefits communications and intranet content
*Share expertise across the team, coaching colleagues and supporting knowledge transfer
About You
*Degree-educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
*Demonstrable experience in a senior benefits or benefits operations role, ideally within a shared services or complex organisational environment
*Strong working knowledge of benefits compliance, vendor management, and HR governance
*Experience partnering with TPAs, benefit vendors, and HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
*High attention to detail with strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
*Confident communicator, able to operate at pace and manage senior stakeholder expectations
*Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable working fully remotely in an interim capacity
This fully remote, 12-month interim Senior Benefits Analyst role via Reed’s payroll offers the opportunity to step into a senior, value-adding position within an established HR function. You will play a critical role in maintaining stability, governance, and service excellence across benefits delivery during the assignment.
