Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience) + excellent benefits


The Opportunity
An established and highly regarded Wealth Management firm is looking to welcome an experienced Paraplanner to its growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner with a passion for investments and financial planning. You’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Planners, delivering high-quality, compliant advice while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
There is also a clear route to Adviser for those looking to progress their career.


Key Responsibilities
*Produce high-quality, compliant suitability reports (with a focus on pensions & investments)
*Support Financial Planners with client meeting preparation, including cashflow modelling and scenario planning
*Maintain accurate and compliant client records in line with FCA standards
*Assist with portfolio reviews and ongoing investment management
*Provide general paraplanning and administrative support


About You
*Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm
*Strong interest in investments and portfolio management
*Demonstrated experience writing suitability reports to a high standard
*Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
*Solid understanding of UK regulatory requirements and suitability standards
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
*Experience using Intelligent Office / Intelliflo and Genovo
*Familiarity with research tools such as Morningstar or FactSet (advantageous)


Qualifications
*Diploma qualified (CII Level 4 or equivalent – CISI also considered)
