At Morgan McKinley, we are working with a supply chain company who are looking for an Interim Management Accountant to join their finance team in Central London on a hybrid basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of budgeting and forecasting, as well as preparing monthly P&L analysis across multiple entities. You will provide clear and accurate financial insight, supporting month end reporting and helping to drive better business decision-making through detailed analysis and commentary.

Key responsibilities:
*Own the end to end production of monthly management accounts with clear and actionable insights
*Deliver detailed variance analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities across the business
*Lead on budgeting and forecasting cycles, working directly with department heads
*Business partner with operational teams to improve cost control and profitability
*Manage month end close including journals, accruals and prepayments
*Support year end audit and statutory reporting requirements
About you: *Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar commercial finance role
*Actively studying or recently qualified (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
*Organised, detail focused and comfortable working to tight deadlines
*Experience within supply chain companies
