Lead Analyst
London | Up to £100,000 plus equityThis is a senior individual contributor role where analytics directly influences product direction and commercial outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping personalisation within a highly data-led environment, working on complex customer journeys with clear ownership and visibility across the business.The Company

The organisation is in a phase of international growth, with this role focused on a key expansion market. Teams are lean, collaborative, and operate to high standards.The Role*Drive personalisation across app and digital journeys to ensure customers see the most relevant products and experiences.
*Partner closely with product teams to define and deliver a long-term personalisation strategy.
*Use data to determine which products or messages to surface at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
*Collaborate with data science teams on recommendation systems and propensity models.
*Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and improve conversion and engagement.
*Lead and contribute to A/B testing and experimentation to measure uplift from product changes.
*Analyse and report on performance metrics including conversion rates, engagement, and customer behaviour.
*Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and developers in a pod-style setup.
Your Skills & Experience*Strong commercial analytics experience within a consumer or product-led environment.
*Advanced capability in SQL and Python, with Python central to analytical work.
*Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and measuring product or feature impact.
*Exposure to propensity modelling, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
*Confident translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
*Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
