This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist SEN hub, supporting pupils with additional needs in a structured, nurturing, and well-supported environment.
The Role:*Full-time SEN LSA position starting in September

*Supporting pupils within a specialist SEN hub in a primary school

*Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development

*Assisting with emotional, social, and behavioural needs

*Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and support staff

Requirements:*Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential)

*A patient, calm, and resilient approach

*Strong behaviour management skills

*Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils

*A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
