We’re working with a welcoming, supportive school in Buntingford who are on the lookout for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting pupils with additional needs, both 1:1 and in small groups
*Helping create a calm, inclusive learning environment
*Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to tailor support
*Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

*Someone patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about SEN
*Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is essential
*A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
