Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full-Time – ColchesterAre you a passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner ready for a fresh start in a supportive and inclusive environment? Protocol Education is working with a welcoming private nursery in Colchester seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis.

The Role:*Full-time position within a friendly and inclusive private nursery
*Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
*Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
*Creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment
*Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s progress
Requirements:*Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
*Previous nursery or early years experience
*A warm, caring, and patient approach
*Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
*A genuine passion for working with young children
