I’m working with a training provider who are looking to bring in a qualified Track Safety Trainer to support delivery across their rail safety programmes.

The role
*Deliver track safety training to apprentices and existing rail professionals
*Deliver courses such as PTS and other core track safety competencies
*Deliver IOSH training as part of the wider safety offering
*Support both initial training and upskilling programmes
*Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions
*Support learners through training, assessments and progression
What they’re looking for
*Strong background in rail track safety (PTS, COSS or similar)
*Must be able to deliver IOSH training
*Must hold a recognised teaching qualification (AET / PTLLS / CTLLS / DTLLS / DET or equivalent)
*Assessor qualification desirable (TAQA / A1 / equivalent)
*Experience delivering training or working in an instructional capacity
*Comfortable delivering to groups
*Willingness to travel as required
