Classroom Supervisors / Crewe / ASAP Start / Ongoing Opportunities

Academics is working with a network of secondary schools across Cheshire East, including areas like Crewe and Sandbach, who are seeking enthusiastic Classroom Supervisors to deliver pre-prepared lessons on a flexible, part-time, ad-hoc basis to suit your schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or those experienced in working with young people.
The Role:
*Supervise KS3-KS4 classes and deliver pre-set work
*Maintain a calm, focused classroom environment
*Follow behaviour and safeguarding policies
*Support students and provide basic feedback to staff
What We’re Looking For:
*Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
*At least 2 months’ UK experience working with young people
*Positive behaviour management and relationship-building skills
*Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
