SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Primary (Autism Support)Location: Bradford

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Bradford looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with autism. This isn’t about sitting quietly in the corner, you’ll be the steady support that helps their whole day click into place.
What your day might look like:
*Supporting one pupil with routines, transitions, and learning
*Using visual aids and structured approaches
*Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
*Celebrating the small wins (they matter the most)
What the school’s like:
Friendly staff, supportive leadership, and a real team feel. You won’t be left to figure things out on your own.
You’ll need:
*Experience with SEN, especially autism (school or care setting)
*A patient, positive approach
*Confidence to build strong relationships
