Accountable Recruitment are partnering with an industry leading business based in Deeside to recruit a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities:*Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.

*Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

*Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

*Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes..

*Ensure financial controls are maintained in line with group policies and audit requirements.

*Drive process improvements and efficiencies across finance and operational reporting.

*Act as a business partner to non-finance teams, delivering meaningful insight and financial support.

Skills/ Experience Required:*Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).

*Strong understanding of management accounting principles, particularly in cost control, stock and margin analysis.

*Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*A strong analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
