Job Description:
Job Title: PPA / Supply Teacher – BelvedereJob Description:As a PPA / Supply Teacher, you’ll deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of primary schools in Greenwich, covering PPA time and staff absence. You’ll create a positive, engaging classroom environment, maintain behaviour expectations, and ensure pupils stay on track with their learning.
Job Duties:*Deliver pre-planned lessons across primary year groups
*Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
*Follow school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and teaching standards
*Adapt teaching to suit different pupils and school settings
*Provide brief feedback to school staff at the end of each day

Required Qualifications:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
*Experience teaching within UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)

*A flexible, adaptable approach to working in different school settings
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
Knowledge and Skills:*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work effectively in a team
*Passion for supporting students’ learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
