This programme is ideal for graduates who are passionate about education and want to gain valuable school-based experience before moving into formal teacher training.
About the Programme:
*Work closely with teaching staff in Blackburn secondary schools
*Gain hands-on classroom experience across KS3 and KS4
*Support pupils’ learning, progress, and engagement

*Prepare for future teacher training routes (PGCE / SCITT / School Direct)
