We are currently seeking a strong, experienced Cover Supervisor to work full-time in a mainstream secondary school in Blackburn, starting Monday 1st June on an on-going basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor who can maintain high standards of behaviour and learning while delivering pre-set work across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role:
*Deliver planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
*Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged with their work
*Provide support across multiple subjects as required
*Uphold a calm, professional presence throughout the school day
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor (essential)
*Strong behaviour management skills
*Confidence working with secondary-aged pupils
*Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings
*Reliable, punctual, and committed to a full-time role
