An exciting opportunity for a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to provide M&E maintenance to commercial buildings across London. This is a hand’s on supervisor position.
Mobile Engineering Supervisor Responsibilities:
*Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.
*Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation.
*Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
*Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
*Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work.
*Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues.
*Supporting the wider building services team as required.
Mobile Engineering Supervisor Requirements:
*City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
*Proven experience in building services maintenance.
*Experience supervising and leading a small engineering team.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks.

Mobile Engineering Supervisor Salary & Benefits:
*Up to £55,000 per annum
*Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
*20 days holiday
