Roofer / Roofing Trainer – Bristol AreaUp to £37,500 | Monday–Friday | Fully Funded Training & Qualifications

I’m working with a training provider in the Bristol area who are looking to appoint a Roofing Trainer to deliver apprenticeship training.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced roofer who’s ready to step off the tools and move into training - no prior teaching experience is required, as all training and qualifications are fully funded.

The role*Delivering apprenticeship training in Slating & Tiling (Level 1) and Flat Roofing (Level 3)
*Supporting apprentices through practical and classroom-based learning
*Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback
*Using provided resources to plan and deliver engaging training sessions
*Working closely with employers to support apprentice development
What they’re looking for*Strong industry background in roofing (slating/tiling and/or flat roofing)
*A genuine interest in training and developing others
*Good communication skills and a professional approach
*Willingness to complete funded teaching and assessing qualifications
