*Creating a language-rich, stimulating classroom environment
*Assessing progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
*Building strong partnerships with parents and carers
*Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Early Years team
*Contributing to the wider life of the school
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a teacher who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Has a strong understanding of early years education and child development
*Brings energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to the classroom
*Is committed to inclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils
*Builds positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
*Is reflective and eager to develop professionally
Both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. A comprehensive induction and mentoring programme is available for ECTs.
