Commercial Contracts Specialist - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Nr Warrington - URGENT REQUIREMENT!!
We’re looking for a Commercial Contracts Specialist to take ownership of the end-to-end contracting lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Security to ensure their agreements are commercially sound, compliant, and balance customer needs with internal policies.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys managing day-to-day contract flow.
What you’ll be doing;
• Managing the full end-to-end lifecycle of commercial contracts
• Reviewing, redlining, and coordinating negotiation of MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, Order Forms, and partner agreements
• Working directly with customer legal and procurement teams to resolve contractual issues quickly and effectively
• Identifying and escalating contractual risks using established playbooks
• Improving and scaling contract processes, templates, and workflows
• Supporting sales enablement with guidance on common contractual topics
• Maintaining accurate contract tracking, execution, and version control
• Managing supplier and vendor contracts
• Analysing contracting workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
What we’re looking for;
• 3+ years’ experience in contracts, legal operations, or a similar role
• Experience in SaaS or other high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of commercial agreements, including data protection and IP
• Confident working with Sales, Legal, and cross-functional teams
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Pragmatic, outcome-focused, and comfortable making informed decisions
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to improve systems and workflow
