I’m working with a training provider who are looking to bring in a Water Treatment Trainer to support delivery across their programmes.

The role
*Deliver water treatment training to apprentices and existing engineers
*Teaching areas focused on reverse osmosis, filtration systems, water treatment processes and equipment
*Support both initial training and upskilling programmes
*Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions
*Travel to client sites across the UK as required
*Support learners through training, assessments and progression
What they’re looking for
*Strong background in water treatment (reverse osmosis, filtration, plant systems etc.)
*Open to trainers or experienced engineers/technicians looking to move into training
*Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting others beneficial
*Teaching / assessing qualifications beneficial but not essential (can be supported)
*Comfortable delivering to groups and representing the provider on client sites
*Willingness to travel nationwide
