Job Description:
Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, Birchlake Recruitment is seeking a highly organised individual with proven administrative or recruitment experience to support the business on a part-time basis.
Birchlake Recruitment is an established and well-respected consultancy, partnering with firms across the UK to deliver regulatory-driven permanent and interim hiring solutions within the Financial Services sector.
We anticipate requiring support for approximately 12–14 hours per week, with flexibility around working patterns (ideally across 3 days, e.g. 10:00am – 2:00/3:00pm).
Full training will be provided, including systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities*Candidate sourcing and management
*Candidate screening, qualification, and interview preparation
*Drafting, posting, and managing job adverts
*Uploading and managing CVs within the CRM system
*Identifying and sharing potential business leads
*Drafting, scheduling, and posting LinkedIn content
*Supporting client liaison, including arranging interviews and preparing terms of business
*Conducting market research
About You*Proven administrative or recruitment experience (sector background flexible)
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
*Confident communicator (written and verbal)
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
