Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to work in a high-performing secondary school on the Wirral. This is a long-term supply role, starting immediately and expected to continue until at least the end of June, with the potential for extension.

The Maths department is well-resourced, collaborative and forward-thinking, with a clear curriculum structure across KS3 and KS4. You’ll be joining a committed team with strong leadership and excellent support in place for supply staff.
The Role - Maths Teacher*Teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality Maths lessons
*Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and achievement
*Contributing to a positive learning environment
*Following the school’s schemes of work and assessment policies
The Ideal Candidate*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools
*Strong classroom management skills
*Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
*Available to start immediately
Pay & Benefits*Competitive daily rate up to £232.56, depending on experience
