£13.50 – £15.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
A supportive mainstream nursery in Hertfordshire (EN11) is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Nursery Support Assistant to work closely with a child requiring additional support, helping them to access learning and daily routines.
Your Responsibilities:
*Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a nursery-aged child
*Support communication, social skills and emotional development
*Implement tailored learning and care plans
*Work closely with the class team and SENCO
*Encourage independence through structured support
Essential Job Requirements:
*Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
*Experience working in early years or SEN support
*Previous 1:1 or intervention experience desirable
*Calm, patient and consistent approach
