Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher - Choose Your Days
Location: Darlington
Salary: £140-£220 per day (PAYE, no umbrella deductions)
Contract: Flexible supply (day-to-day, short-term, long-term)

We are working with a range of welcoming secondary schools across Leeds who are seeking adaptable and reliable teachers to step in, maintain continuity of learning, and provide a calm, structured classroom environment.
Whether you’re looking for one day a week or a full timetable, we will match you with schools that suit your preferences and teaching style.
What Your Day Might Look Like*Delivering pre-set lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 opportunities may be available)
*Managing behaviour with confidence and consistency
*Building positive relationships quickly with students and staff
*Providing clear handover notes to support continuity
What You Will Receive*Flexibility to choose when and where you work
*Opportunities across a variety of school settings, including academies and community schools
*Reliable bookings with clear information provided in advance
*Weekly PAYE pay with no hidden deductions
*A dedicated consultant who understands your needs
What We Are Looking For*UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
*Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management
*Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently in new environments
*A positive and proactive approach
Safeguarding and ComplianceWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must meet the following requirements:
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
*Right to work in the UK
*Relevant teaching qualifications (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
*Two professional references covering the last two years
*Full employment history with explanations for any gaps
*Compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines
