Ski Sales Consultant Role and Responsibilities
*Create bespoke ski holidays tailored to each customer’s preferences
*Providing expert advice on resorts, accommodation and travel options
*Managing enquiries via phone, email and online channels, converting leads into confirmed bookings
*Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
*Keeping up to date with product knowledge, resort developments and industry trends

Ski Sales Consultant Skills and Experience Required
*A genuine passion for skiing and the mountains
*Previous experience in travel sales, ski travel or a customer facing role (preferred but not essential)
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*Ability to work well under pressure during peak booking periods
