We are recruiting for a Fleet & Procurement Manager to join a growing infrastructure business on a fixed-term basis. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the effective management of fleet operations and procurement activities, driving efficiency, compliance, and value across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management*Oversee the day-to-day management of the company fleet, including compliance, telematics, and incident support
*Ensure all vehicles meet legal, safety, and operational standards
*Manage servicing, maintenance, and fleet performance
*Monitor costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Procurement & Contracts*Procure goods and services in line with business needs and budget requirements
*Manage supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring performance and value
*Lead negotiations to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies
*Support contract management across key business areas
Operations & Leadership
*Plan workloads effectively, prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
*Use data and reporting to inform decisions and improve performance
*Manage, support, and motivate a team to deliver high standards
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery

Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience procuring goods and services and managing contracts
*Strong ability to plan workloads, prioritise effectively, and use data to drive decisions
*Experience managing fleet operations, including compliance, telematics, and incident support
*Demonstrated experience managing, supporting, and motivating a team
*Strong background in large-scale construction, civils, or infrastructure projects
*Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
