Nurture Teacher – KS3 & KS4
Start: May | Full-Time | Static Nurture Class
Are you a resilient, compassionate teacher who thrives on making a real difference?
We’re looking for a dedicated Nurture Teacher to take ownership of a small, static nurture class supporting some of our most vulnerable learners. This is a hugely rewarding role for someone who believes in second chances, strong relationships and tailored teaching.

*Working mainly with Year 7 & 8 students
*Supporting pupils with significant emotional, behavioural and learning needs
*Maximum of 8 students in the class (currently just 5)
*Teaching Assistant support at all times
*Focusing on engagement, regulation, confidence and progress, not just data
The Students
*Learners who really struggle in mainstream settings
*Require high levels of nurture, structure and consistency
*Thrive with strong routines, trauma-informed practice and calm leadership
What We’re Looking For
*A teacher with excellent behaviour management
*Someone calm, patient and emotionally intelligent
*Confident delivering multiple subjects at a differentiated level
*Experience with SEND, SEMH or nurture provision is highly desirable
*A teacher who genuinely wants to change outcomes, not just tick boxes
Why Apply?
*Very small class sizes
*Strong pastoral focus with real impact
*Consistent TA support
*Opportunity to build meaningful relationships and see progress daily
*Perfect for teachers wanting to step away from high-pressure mainstream classrooms
If you’re ready for a role where relationships matter as much as results, this could be the perfect next step.
