Year 1 Teacher – Full-Time
Location: Didsbury
Start Date: September
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be partnering with a warm, inclusive primary school in Didsbury that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time position (8:30am–3:30pm) and presents a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and welcoming school community.

The Role
As the Year 1 Teacher, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child is supported to reach their potential.
Key responsibilities include:
*Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to Year 1 learners
*Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress effectively
*Creating a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment
*Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
*Actively engaging in professional development and reflective teaching

We are looking for a passionate and committed teacher who brings enthusiasm and adaptability to their practice.
You will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching in Year 1 or across Key Stage 1
*Strong classroom management and organisation skills
*The ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs
*A solid understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Confidence in using technology to enhance learning
