£350-£450 per day


Reed Education are currently working with an Academy Trust in their search for an Interim Head of School for a Primary School within their Trust for the Summer term in the Barnsley area.
The school need someone on site to lead day-to-day operations and keep the school stable through to the end of the summer term.
The Role
This is very much an operational Head of School role, focused on:
*Day-to-day running of the school
*Staff leadership and support
*Home/school relationships
*Maintaining standards and morale
*Steering the school confidently through to the end of term


There is no expectation of deep strategic work or curriculum redesign and there is support from the Trust and Executive Head is already in place.


Who Would Suit This
*An experienced Interim Headteacher / Head of School
*QTS is essential and HPQH is strongly desired
*Confident, visible, and people-focused leader
*Someone comfortable stepping into a school mid-transition
*Strong operational and staff-management skills
