Are you a recent finance graduate looking to put your degree to work in a hands-on, commercially focused role? The Role
Joining an established finance team, you will play an important part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
*Collecting monthly account statements from stock suppliers and chasing any missing documentation
*Matching invoices and credit notes against supplier statements to ensure accuracy
*Raising query sheets for any invoices that are disputed or incorrect
*Reconciling supplier statements with internal records and preparing payment runs
*Supporting the Finance Manager with cash postings and general administration
*Handling incoming supplier calls and directing queries to the right teams
About You
You will hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline and be ready to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting. You will also be:
*Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
*A confident communicator, both written and verbal
*Proactive, eager to learn and keen to develop
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
*Solid in your understanding of core accounting principles
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
