Operations Assistant - Exeter based - Office Based - £27k - £29k - 30 Days Holidays + Birthday off as extra day - 8.30am to 5pm Mon to Friday - Health Insurance - Pension - Free Parking. To work for a Company that is well established with 40 years behind them and well respected within the industry

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the smooth functioning of the Team, ensuring exceptional Customer Service and efficient operational workflows. Your energetic and flexible approach and attention to detail will help maintain high standards of service and organisation, across various departments. Responsibilities
*Providing Support to Clients via Telephone and Emails
*Liaising with Engineers and Customers for on Site Visits
*Confirmation letters sent out for all appointments
*Cancelling Contracts and Updating system
*First Line Remote to Clients
*Keeping all Clients Records up to date
*Raising Invoices
*Set up New Client records
*Communicating between all parties to ensure all jobs get done to everyone’s satisfaction
*Deal with Sub Contractors for "Out of Area" jobs
*Strong Time Management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
*Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, approachable attitude
*Effective communication skills to liaise with Clients, Contractors, Engineers and Team Colleagues and management
*Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
