IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Print Operator on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Newport, South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with ink or print-based experience to join a growing and innovative team.
Key Duties*Dispense ink in line with daily production plans.
*Manage press returns and organise by colour clusters.
*Place weekly material orders and book deliveries using the internal management system.
*Maintain accurate stock records and prepare for month-end counts.
*Replenish materials and ensure ink area complies with hygiene and quality standards.
*Support colour correction, troubleshooting, and production trials.
*Maintain colour measurement equipment and produce KPI reports.
Requirements*Previous experience with ink, colour matching, or print-based machinery.
*Excellent colour vision and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
*Good communication and organisational skills.
*Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments.
